With some good freinds met at the journalism school in Rome I'm working on a Web Documentary project called 21 Oktoobar. We analized the death of an Italian Journalist called Ilaria Alpi that was killed almost 20 years ago in Mogadisho (Somalia).
The case is not yet solved and is related to waste dumping in the Horn of Africa, misstreatments by the italian military forces and illegal trade in firearms.

Playing with Adobe After Effects I did this smal animated Map. I used a toner map from http://mapstack.stamen.com and added a grunge paper texture underneath.
